The RIALTO® system was designed, patented and developed since 2014.
It is currently covered by:
- Italian patent n. 0001421994 of 04/19/2016.
- European Patent n. EP 3 099 859 B1 of 04/22/2020
- US Patent No. US No. 10,174,462 B2
The RIALTO® brand is registered. All patents are pending.
The system is protected by national and international industrial property laws. The use of the system is permitted, by subscribing a specific license and paying the related royalties.
Design
The waterproofing of a bridge with the RIALTO® system must be designed ad hoc, in order to guarantee the full effectiveness of the system and the optimization of the implementation and maintenance phases, in terms of safety, speed and costs. Everything must be illustrated in detail in an executive project, drawn up according to the dictates of the Specifications and the RFI Design Manual.
The company 2PIGRECO s.r.l. who has followed the development of the system since its first applications and has designed most of the interventions carried out, is at your disposal to develop the design of the system, from the feasibility verification phase up to the executive and detailed design. If, however, you intend to develop the project independently, 2PIGRECO is at your disposal to support you in your design choices and to provide its approval on the project, to guarantee the full effectiveness of the intervention.
Technical Support
The installation of the RIALTO® system is rather simple but requires know-how and a series of precautions in the execution phase which can make the difference in guaranteeing the effectiveness of the intervention and compliance with the execution guidelines.
The company 2PIGRECO s.r.l. which has followed the installation of the system since the first applications, in the most varied operating conditions, on bridges of all types and sizes, is at your disposal to provide you with all the technical support you need, especially for the first installations or for particularly extensive and complex interventions.
Production and Selling
The membranes to be used within the RIALTO® system are currently produced exclusively by BeltTS, a company of the Win Win s.r.l. group. The production of the membranes is tailor-made, based on the specifications of the RIALTO® project.
